Lost Paradise alebo Stratený raj vznikol ako priateľská kooperácia s regionálnym pivovarom Hellstork. Pivo je uvarené v štýle Sour Ale, po slovensky “kyseláč”, čo znamená, že má zámerne kyslú chuť už od výroby. Dosiahli sme to použitím baktérie Lactobacillus, ktorá vytvára kyselinu mliečnu. Táto kyslosť balancuje sladovú chuť v pive podobne ako chmeľ pri ležiaku či ipe. Aby však pivo nebolo iba kyslé, pridali sme aj ingrediencie z “rajskej záhradky” a to kokosový orech, ananás, ibištek a pomaranč.
Pivo zaujme ružovou penou aj farbou, má exotické arómy, šťavnatú, ovocnú, kyselkavú chuť, jemnú horkosť pomaranča a doznievanie, ktoré šteklí na jazyku podobne ako ananás. Stačí jeden dúšok a stratený raj sa objaví vo vašich ústach!

Lost Paradise was created as a friendly cooperation with the regional brewery Hellstork. The beer is brewed in the style of Sour Ale, which means that it has a deliberately sour taste from the start. We achieved this by using the Lactobacillus bacteria, which creates lactic acid. This acidity balances the malty taste in the beer, similar to hops in lager or ipa. However, to make the beer not only sour, we also added ingredients from the “Paradise”: coconut, pineapple, hibiscus and orange. The beer impresses with its pink foam and color, exotic aromas, a juicy, fruity, sour taste, a gentle bitterness of orange and an aftertaste that tickles the tongue like a pineapple.
