Predstavujeme vám opäť ďalšie z radu našich pív druhu Saison. Ľahké sladové telo tvorí jačmeň, pšenica, ovos a raž, čo poskytuje krásny základ pre všetky ostatné chute. Vďaka divokým belgickým kvasinkám, ktoré dokážu prekvasiť aj vyššie cukry a fruktózu, má toto pivko vysoký obsah alkoholu a je úplne diétne. Do tohto Saisonu sme pridali višne v obrovskom množstve na sekundárnu fermentáciu, v aróme sú teda úplne dominantné nespútané ovocné tóny. Toto drobné ovocie sa nezaprie ani v chuti. Po višniach má miernu trpkosť, čo ešte umocňuje jeho osviežujúci charakter. V ústach zanecháva príjemnú suchú dochuť. Višne majú rovnako na svedomí podmanivú rubínovú farbu tohto piva. Pre všetky pivá typu Saison je typická vyššia suchosť a kyslosť než pre ostatné belgické štýly. Vysoké nasýtenie až šumivosť navyše vyzdvihuje a umocňuje všetky divoké chute ukryté v tomto nápoji. We present you another beer of our Saison beer series. Light malt body is formed by a combination of barley, wheat, oats and rye, which provides a lovely base for all the other flavors. Thanks to wild Belgian yeasts, which can ferment complex sugars and fructose as well, this beer has a high alcohol content and is quite low in calories. To this Saison we added cherries in an enormous amount for secondary fermentation, the aromas are therefore completely dominated by wild fruity notes. This small fruit is also obvious in flavor. Cherries gave this beer a slight bitterness, which further enhances its refreshing character. It leaves a pleasant dry aftertaste. Sour cherries are also to blame for a tempting ruby color of this beer. All Saison beers are characterized by a relatively higher dryness and sourness, more than all the other Belgian styles. High carbonation level or even sparkliness brings out and emphasises all the wild flavors of this beverage. Let yourself be tempted by a cup of our Cherry!
