Základom nášho ovocného špeciálu je Belgický Tripel – silné pivo, pôvodne varené mníchmiv belgických kláštoroch. Vďaka unikátnemu kmeňu kvasiniek má toto pivo bohatú, komplexnú, ovocno-korenistú chuť a napriek svojej sile vysokú piteľnosť. Tento pivný štýľ sa veľmi často v Belgicku ozvláštňuje prídavkom rôzneho ovocia pri zretí piva, čo jeho chuť len zvýrazňuje. My sme pre náš nový Tripel použili čierne ríbezle, ovocie, ktoré je zdrojom veľkého množstva vitamínu C, E a polyfenolov, chrániacich Vás pred srdcovými chorobami, rakovinou, či infekčnými chorobami. Čierne ríbezle Belgičania nazývajú Cassis, čo dalo meno našemu Cassis Tripelu. Telo je výraznej, rubínovej farby s očarujúcou ružovou penou. V jeho vôni jasne cítiť lesné plody, zatiaľ čo v chuti dominujú trpko-ovocné, no osviežujúcearómy kyselkavých ríbezlí.”Na zdravie”preto v prípade tejto vitamínovej bomby platí doslova!

The core of our new fruit special is Belgian Tripel – a strong beer, originally brewed by monks in Belgian monasteries. Thanks to a unique sort of yeast, this beer has a rich complex fruity-and-spicy taste and, despite its strength, great drinkability. This beer style is in Belgium often being made more distinct via an addition of various fruits during the maturation process of the beer, augmenting its taste. For our novel tripel, we used blackcurrant, a fruit rich in vitamins C, E and polyphenols, with beneficial effects against heart disease, cancer or infectious diseases. Blackcurrants are often called Cassis in Belgium, granting our Cassis Tripel its name. The body is markedly ruby-red in color with mesmerising pink head. In the scent, you can clearly distinguish blackcurrant and other forest fruits, whereas the taste is dominated by bitter-fruity, yet fresh aromas of acidic blackcurrant. When we say “to the health!”, in case of this vitamin bomb it’s true verbatim.
