Základ nášho jahodového piva tvorí belgický Saison – pivo pôvodne varené na belgických farmách na osvieženie v lete. Vďaka špeciálnemu kmeňu hlboko prekvášajúcich kvasiniek má totiž veľmi ľahké takmer suché telo, osviežujúcu chuť a vyššie nasýtenie podobné perlivému frizzante. Ovocná jemne kyselkavá kvasinková príchuť takéhoto Saisonu sa výborne dopĺňa s jahodami, ktoré sme pridali do fermentačného tanku. Výsledkom je preto svieže pivo jemnej, ovocnej vône, pripomínajúcej kompót od starej mamy. Jahody navyše podporujú imunitný systém, trávenie, chudnutie, zlepšujú náladu i tvorbu krvi. Preventívne pôsobia aj proti rakovine, obezite, anémii a rovnako ako naše pivo uvoľňujú stres.

Our strawberry Ale originates in the Belgian Saison – the beer originaly brewed on Belgian farmsteads to be served as the ultimate summer refresher. The special, highly attenuating yeast strain gives it a light, almost dry body, invigorating taste and higher carbonation similar to efervescent frizzante. The fruity, slightly acidic yeast flavor blends nicely with strawberry, which we added into fermentor. The result is therefore a bright beer with delicate fruit aroma reminiscent of preserved strawberry. On top of that, sttawberry promote imune system, digestion, loosing weight and good mood. They are beneficial in the prevention of cancer, obesity, anemia, and just like our beer, release stress.
